Make welfare forms easier to understand for people with learning disabilities
As a young adult with a learning disability and autism. i have found that most forms that are used by local councils and the DWP are in a format that many people with a learning disability will struggle to understand and process them leading applicants to get anxious and reluctant to apply.
When corresponding the information. the letters and forms don't always specify what you need to send off, and the way the questions are phrased or relayed a person with a disabilitiy wont understand what is in front of them or will struggle look at all information, so the councils and dwp need to make all official documents learning disability friendly
