Hold a 2nd Referendum on BREXIT, its cost and complexity was not explained.
The Nation was entitled to be fully briefed before the Exit Referendum was held. Only after the "Leave" vote have we learned of the complexity, and huge resources needed to effect BREXIT
Parliament's Treasury Select Committee's session held on 5 July 2016 available on iPlayer http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b07kswhh/select-committees-treasury-committee provides information and answers that was never made available to the nation before the Exit Referendum was held and is only now being obtained by Parliament. The cost of a 2nd Referendum will be substantially less than the cost of negotiating BREXIT
