Hold General Election once new PM elected & Vote on whether to enact Article 50
This vote will clearly be ENACT (leave EU) or REJECT (Stay in EU) ARTICLE 50. This then resolves the dispute once and for all over choice of the people leaving the EU based on the now known consequences of truth behind the Referendum without all the Party spin.
The election will have one other question on a separate ballot paper being that the Government then in power does based on the know known truth of the Referendum ask the Country to vote on whether to enact without delay Article 50 for leaving the EU. This shall be legally binding on the Government in power to do within one month of coming into power.
