Hold a parliamentary vote on membership of the EU before invoking article 50

Petition Details

This petition is not about being for, or against, EU membership. This petition seeks to encourage our government to enact the proper, legal and governmental system. Citizens entrust MPs to make such decisions, in an educated manner, on their behalf. A referendum outcome is advisatory, not binding.
