Provide a Referendum on the final negotiated terms, prior to final exit from EU
The Referendum of June 23rd did not provide clarity as to the terms under which the UK would leave the EU. A referendum on the final terms must be held 22 months after Article 50 is triggered to ensure the electorate is content with the aspirations that formed the basis of the decision on June 23
