Assess if false claims and misrepresentations misled voters in the EU referendum
It has been alleged that the EU referendum result was 'influenced by misrepresentations of fact and promises that could not be delivered' and that some campaigning 'degenerated into dishonesty on an industrial scale'. Facts were seen by some as secondary to winning. The facts need establishing.
