Child Benefit and for the Children
It seems that many parents re not spending their child benefit on their children. It is spent on luxuries like wide screen plasma TVs or a trip to the offie.
I would like to propose that Child Benefit and Child Tax Credit are paid in vouchers, only redeemale at certain locations like "Early Learning Centre".
