Launch legislation for an election to be called after a change of PM mid term.
Radical shifts in the government such as an anointed PM must be evaluated through a general election to ensure legitimacy and democracy.
We have a new anointed prime minister who is taking the UK in a different direction and the electors must have a right to have a say in that decision.
