The BBC Licence Fee should be scrapped & instead an NHS contribution fund set-up
BBC takes around £145 per year from each household in the UK, and non-payment is considered an offence. This out-dated approach needs to stop, BBC needs to stop relying on 'tax' to sustain, and the £3.7bn per year collected should be redirected to the NHS and schools.

Central Government has tried to get every Local Authority to become self-sufficient, and the government even subsidised the BBC to pay an element of the licence fee for over 75's, costing £600m, so it's about time Auntie started paying her way.
The relationship between the government and the BBC and the way in which they are funded has made people question the appropriateness of the relationship between state and the media.
