NO 2ND REFERENDUM SHOULD BE ALLOWED. IT WAS DONE IN A DEMOCRATIC WAY.
This vote was given to the people of great Britain and they voted to leave. There was no minimum or maximum turnout figures to this vote. So the result should stand.
