Citizens who wish to, to be allowed to opt in to joint British & EU citizenship
The government should negotiate with the EU to allow British citizens that wish to,to be able to opt in to a special new joint EU/british citizenship arrangement allowing those that wish to,to keep their EU & British status and allow freedom of movement and the benefits of being a British EU citizen
