Allow LP members who joined after the 12th of January to vote in the leadership.
The labour party website stated that joining the labour party would allow you to vote in future leadership elections. However according to the NEC, newer members that joined after the 12/1/16 will be unable to cast a vote in this leadership challenge. This is wrong. We are real members who have paid
