Introduce a Mandatory National identity card post Brexit.

Petition Details

Now that the Nation has overwhelmenly spoken an the EU referendum, a national identify card should be introduced over the period of planning Brexit.
Only those eligible as UK citizenship should receive an identify card that entitles automatic free NHS treatment.
