Formal Request Third Provision into Section 2 of the Fixed Term Parliaments Act
Section 2 of the Fixed Term Parliaments Act provides two ways for a general election to be held:
However, there is a recognized requirement since the Vote of the Referendum, to provide a third provision for the Act in order Execute Article 50, with procedures, provided by, "We, the People".
The Third Provision, that is required to be amended into the Fixed Term Parliaments Act 2011, Section 2 is
(iii) - Provision for Calling of a General Election by a Representation of "We, the People", via virtue of Formal Notice under Common Law, that by which, it will be lawful for the people of the lands of England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales, to assemble a committee of the people, with a majority representation in each county making a majority call for a General Election, freely under law.
