Make CPD (Continual professional development) mandatory for the beauty industry.
Most professions in the UK (Dentists, Doctors, Solicitors, Journalists etc... require a minimum number of CPD (Continual Professional Development training hours) to be completed each year. This is training to keep updated in your industry.
The beauty industry needs skilled therapists that are dedicated to improving their skills and remained up-to-date in health and safety of the benefit of both themselves, their clients and the image of this massive industry.
