Make Big Ben's chimes available as a 24/7 audio stream
Big Ben is owned by the British Taxpayers, but the sound of its chimes are heard only by those close to the Palace of Westminster.
The Government should make these chimes available to all by making available a continuous feed of the sounds from the clock via the Internet.
This would promote, nationwide, a feeling that the Palace of Westminster is about us as a country and not just London.
