Introduce Apprenticeship's for 30-40 year olds

Petition Details

For 10 years,people born between 1976 &1982 have not been eligible to gain better training for their futures. The "Credit Crunch" forced thousands of workers into unemployment. As an "unskilled worker",an apprenticeship would give work vision and hope for those people who have lost it.
