Jury System Appointment used to appoint new Members to The House of Lords!
The people who sit in the new Reformed House of Lords should be determined by the current selection process used in Crown Court trials. This would allow the people from all over the UK to serve the crown and be eligible to sit in the chamber. Furthermore the role of the chamber to act in an advisory capacity would remain the same!
