Stop members of terrorist organisations such as ISIS returning to the UK

I think that terrorist members shouldn't be aloud as they are a threat to national security. They've been acting against British laws and they are against British values and it has been reported that thousands of ISIS fighters have been granted permission to come back into the country

Additional Information

If they re-enter the United Kingdom then I think that they should stand trial.
