MPs should be given a free vote on Article 50.
This should happen when Parliament is clear as to what can realistically be achieved in negotiations with the EU.
Parliament should bear in mind the promises and assertions made in the referendum campaign and act in the national interest for the unity, prosperity and security of the United Kingdom as a whole.
