Issue Mathana Barker's Visa Now!
The Home Office should not obstruct family reunion by delaying the movement of necessary papers required for the issuing of visas.
On the 05/07/2011 Judge Llewellyn gave his determination on the case of Manthana Barker versus the Home Office (23/06/2011). He allowed the appeal (he said they should issue the visa).
It is now September and Mathana's visa has not been issued. 06/09/2011 Manthana went the the British Post in Bangkok to make enquiries and was told that they had not yet received the determination.
It is unacceptable that it takes two months for papers to travel between the Home Office and the UK Border Agency posts overseas.
