Force a review of Great Northern Rail ( Govia) franchise
Great Northern Railways service has declined significantly since Govia won the franchise. The amount of cancellations is unacceptable on the service, delays and impact on paying customers getting to work and around London is severe.
The cancellation logs for Great Northern should be made available for public viewing, the responses from their social media teams inadequate. Fares continue to rise with no improvement
