Don't Trigger Article 50 until at least after next US President takes office
In deciding when UK should trigger Article 50, UK citizens demand that Government wait until next President of America has been elected & takes office. Triggering Article 50 should not be before 21 January 2017
Future US Presidency could become protectionist. Benefits of Brexit could be tenuous
UK citizens are being told that exiting EU offers opportunity for UK to benefit from trade with other countries outside the EU.
However those in favour of Brexit fail to identify very real prospect that American could become very protectionist.
In assessing benefits of Brexit against real negatives of Brexit, UK government can only but proceed with extreme caution & wait until the election of next President of America & takes office to know for certain future benefits of Brexit.
