Parliament must protect the rights of UK citizens in EU countries post Brexit.
UK citizens living in EU countries fear for their future rights of residence and healthcare after Brexit and rights to full, unfrozen, UK state pensions. These people have bought and paid for their pensions, and should continue to receive them with annual increases AS OF RIGHT.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
There's already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.
You are more likely to get action on this issue if you sign and share a single petition.
We already have a petition open which calls for pension increases for British citizens living in the EU to be maintained:

Rights of residence and access to health care for British citizens in EU countries will be the responsibility of the EU and its member states. You could start a new petition calling on the Government to negotiate to ensure that these rights are protected.
