Auto British Citizenship for EU Citizens working here for more than 10 years.
Give automatic British Citizenship to EU Nationals living and working in the UK for more than 10 years that never committed a crime and never claimed benefits.
The current process to obtain British Citizenship is outdated, too expensive and does not reward law abiding EU citizens that have been working in the UK for a long time and contributing to the wealth and cultural richness of the UK.
EU Citizens should not need to pay for ESOL Tests if they been living here for so long and have other UK qualifications at Level 2 or above.
Work and tax records should be checked by simply asking the applicant to provide their National Insurance Number.
