Always send users of Class A substances such as heroin to rehab, not jail
Due to the horrific nature of addiction when it comes to substances such as Heroin and Crack cocaine I believe we should be giving users as much help as possible. These people need treatment, not punishment. Making it harder for them to get a job is also less likely to get them off these substances.
