All Holiday provision and ABTA/ATOL status

Additional Information

The goverment should legislate to ensure that all holiday providers be required to provide full, clear information regarding ABTA/ATOL bonding of the deliverer of the holiday provision.

We call upon the goverment to legislate that in in providing any or all components of a foreign holiday companies or individuals have a duty to ensure that if the final provider of such service is not a member of ABTA or ATOL bonded then the public has been made aware of that fact and has had the opportunity not to proceed on that basis.
