Make horse riders pick up their horses excrement! Or slap them with a fine!
Why should horse riders get away with leaving massive piles of dump in the middle of the road and down our streets, when dog owners get slapped with a massive fine for a little dump! All pets should be treated with the same rules! No excuses!
