Make it the law to report a dead cat
Everyone needs closure, it is the law to report a dead dog so why are cats different? People are finding dead cats & throwing them in the bin like they are rubbish! Owners are Searching and hoping for the return of cats & will never know if they are dead if people are binning them!
Being told my missing cat might have been killed by a bus then put in a black bag & left for the bin men sickened me! I will never know if that was my cat unless he comes home, I am out looking every day and night for my cat and it could all be for nothing if he is dead & no one reported it!
