Mandatory drug testing for all MP's and MSP's.
Hard working people are missing out on jobs and being forced to live in poverty for one drug possession conviction being on their record for some during the most important time transitioning into adulthood while mp's are found to have taken cocaine in their lives and still have high paying jobs.
