Negotiate a deal that enables UK residents, as individuals, to become EU members
If being a member of the EU was so down to the conscience of the individual, why not offer the possibility for those living in Britain to "opt in" or "opt out"?
Those who "opt in" receive an EU membership card and receive the benefits at a fee (EU Tax) and built into our HMRC tax returns.
