Preserve all existing rights of UK citizens to Freedom of Movement in the EU.
While UK citizens remain also EU citizens, you have the right to travel, reside, work, study, or retire freely anywhere you wish in the EU, without discrimination. The EU Referendum text did NOT instruct the UK government to sign away these rights: so they COULD be preserved in the Brexit agreement.
These Factsheets summarise your current rights of Free Movement 1) as EU citizens, & 2) via UK membership of the Single Market. You will lose these rights unless they are protected.
