Use Dog DNA to solve dog pooh problems
Dogs create around 1000 tons of pooh per day in the UK. Current initiatives are not effective in forcing owners to pick up their dogs pooh. As dogs now have to be microchipped, I propose that their DNA is included in the information on the microchip. This in turn can be used to trace the owners.
