Make it illegal for disabled toilets to be used as storage
In the news 18th July 2016 eurostar were using disabled toilets for push bikes , this is not unusual in the few months I've found two pubs I'm my local area using their disabled toilet as storage for high chairs .
Disabled toilets are for easy access not storage.
