Stop road resurfacing with tar and chippings

Petition Details

Stop resurfacing roads using tar and chippings, it is extrememly dangerous for cyclists and motorbike riders and can also damage car paint work (even when the 20mph limit is adhered too) not to mention the herrendous mess which it can cause when the stones are carried hundreds of meteres away.
