Move all families with young children from high rise flats
Last year a child fell out one of the high rise flats in the local area but survived. Yesterday morning, another baby girl unfortunately did not. This is more common than we think, it's time to do something about it
The proof is in the papers/news plus it's a fear of so many parents, including myself
