Ban people working when temperature goes over 30C or 27C in a physical job
Bring in a law were employers have to send home employees when temperature goes over 30C or 27C when working in a physical job
There is no guideline on being sent home if the work place gets too hot, working in a too hot enviroment can cause dehydration and risk of fainting
