winter fuel payments to all on low income benefits

Additional Information

we ask that the winter fuel payments are paid to all those that are recieving low income benfeits regardless of weather or not they have children or disabilities or the type of benfits they are on.

the payments especially need to go to those who struggle in paying to keep warm.

there are people recieving extra money on top of job seekers allowance all because they have a drug habbit or alcohol addiction and getting free bus passes. but yet people not recieving this extra money have to struggle to keep warm and having to choose between food or kepping warm.

this should not be allowed and it is now time to traet those who struggle fairly and help those people that need the extra help.
