Privacy - Oyster Cards
Oyster Card information, such as travel history, should be private and therfore should not be accessed by anyone except the operator (especially government or law enforcement agencies). The operator should only analyse information on an aggregated basis and maintain strong internal controls on the people in the company, if anyone, that can access an individual's information. The government should enforce the above. The purpose of this petition is to safeguard our civil liberties.
