Make it a regulation that support staff have a decent bed when on sleep ins
I have worked in the care sector for years now and have a spinal disc hernia and arthritis in my back.
This I'm sure is caused by unsuitable cheap beds that support staff sleep on several times a week, care staff are known to have back problems in later life cheap beds are a huge contribution.
