Remove the franchises from failing train companies e.g. South West and Southern

Petition Details

Multiple franchises that operate trains across the UK are increasing ticket prices whilst there is zero improvement to the service that is offered.
It almost impossible for customer to get refunds due to terrible service and the are financial penalties imposed on them are minimal.
