Make it so if you run down a cat on the road. You must report it
Myself and many others keeps cats as pets. They are our world n that breaks when some evil people kill them on the road my cat was 1 yr old when was run down then driver threw him in a ladies garden like piece of rubbish he didnt make it
We are wanting change the law so that if u run down a cat u miust report it. U must for a dog even a cow. All cats av feelings n be treated same as any other pet as most time they r someones life
