The Government needs to make GOV.UK more transparent and clear
The legalization office does not process documents at the Hanslope Park address, they are forwarded internally which takes two working days to the PO Box address. Additionally, couriers cannot be received at the PO Box address. I find this intentional and deliberate act of concealing information.
This morning I called Rachel Howson, the contact centre manager at the FCO legalisation team and Merseyside, and she reconfirmed that the information is not updated on the website, and that the processing centre does not exist at Hanslope Park. Additionally she mentioned, this is an inconvenience to the general public.
