We the undersigned request the government hold a second referendum .
A large proportion of the 5 million British citizens living abroad, including 1.2 million in Europe were denied their human rights by being disenfranchised because they either did not receive their postal votes in time to be registered or they were denied a vote by an arbitrary 15 year.
