Make it a legal requirement to wear a cycling helmet.
I was recently in a RTA on my road cycle. I think it should be illigal for anyone to cycle without a helmet. If I didn't wear a helmet on that day I would be in more serious condition than current.
Please make it fight. It could save a lot of life's
