Make all fuel stations / garage forecourts give free air and water.
It is a legal requirement to keep tyres inflated at the correct pressure and to have a clear visible view of the road. Stop making people have to pay to keep there car legal on the road! Some garages already give free air and water. It's just more revenue for the fuel companies.
