Enforce the use of Cycle paths where they are available.
On many occasions traffic is slowed by vehicles having to avoid cyclists who are on the road along side cycle paths created for their own safety and convenience. The network of cycle paths is being improved all the time but we feel the use of Cycle paths where available should be enforced by law.
