Improve child services (help lines etc) for children being abused and looking for help

Additional Information

There are many services aimed at helping children who are being abused however when we tried to contact these services we were put through to inexperienced people who had no knowledge of the service they were working for and most times we were put on hold for in excess of 5 minutes. If a child was in desperate need of support, perhaps self harming, being put through to an answering machine in their time of need where are they supposed to go?
The aim of this petition is to improve the services available to cases such as these and make sure the standards are as high as they claim to be.
