Give the vote to expatriates on matters of international importance.
We need recognition from our consulates, registration as preliminary to an eventual electoral list, and the right as British citizens to vote in matters of international importance.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The Government has said that it does have plans to give British expatriates who have lived outside the UK for more than 15 years the right to vote. It's therefore not clear what action you would like the Government to take that is different from what it is already doing.
