Give all Celebrities Licences Which Can Be Taken Away If Poor Role Models

Celebrities i.e Sportspersons, Actors, Musicians should all have Licences which are similar to Driving Licences where if you have been a Poor Role Model you get points on your Licence.

As our children look up to these people it is only fair that if they want the fame they should act responsibly as ALL celebrities are Role Models.

It could work by if you are caught taking drugs you get 12 points instantly and lose your Licence which cannot be retrieved so they will be banned from all Media attention i.e T.V, Newspapers, Releasing books or DVDs.

If they lose their licence then they lose their CAREER
